Who is responsible for your data
Booktlan, at booktlan.com, is responsible for the use and protection of the personal data you share with us through this site, under Mexico's Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties.
What data we collect
Only what you type into the contact form: name, email, phone (if you choose to share it) and your message. This site collects no sensitive data and uses no tracking or advertising cookies; the only cookie we set stores your language preference.
What we use it for
To answer your request for information and follow up commercially if you ask us to. Nothing else. We send no unsolicited newsletters, and we don't sell or share your data with third parties except where legally required.
How long we keep it
As long as needed to handle your request and whatever follow-up comes from it. If no business relationship materializes, we delete it.
Your rights (ARCO)
You may at any time request access to, correction or deletion of your data, or object to its use, by writing to hola@booktlan.com. We reply within at most 20 business days.
