Does Booktlan calculate payroll taxes or stamp pay receipts?

No — payroll stamping is the accountant's territory. Booktlan records the real cost and its attribution per property, which is what the operation needs to know its profit.

Can one person work across two properties?

Yes, with their cost split however you define it. That's exactly the case manual proration gets wrong.
