Rates and seasons

Seasonal pricing, in pesos or dollars, with a daily exchange rate.

December's rate isn't February's, and the long weekend's isn't either. Managing that in a spreadsheet means the price the guest sees depends on someone having remembered to update it.

Frequently asked questions

Can I charge foreigners in dollars and locals in pesos?

The charge is made in the rate's currency; the site shows the conversion as a clearly-marked reference with the ≈ symbol. The guest never discovers the real amount on their bank statement.

What about a stay that spans two seasons?

Each night is priced at its own rate. The breakdown shows it night by night, with no opaque averaging.
