How it works in Booktlan

A link, not an interrogation

With their confirmation, the guest receives an invoicing link. There they enter their RFC and CFDI use whenever they choose — the checkout stays clean of tax fields that don't apply to half the guests.

Stamped through an authorized provider

The invoice is stamped through a SAT-authorized PAC, under the business's RFC and digital seal. The stamp's cost is transparent and borne by the issuer, as it should be.

Tied to the reservation from the source

Every invoice stays linked to its reservation and its payment. Reconciling against the statement stops being a month-end sport.

The general-public global invoice

Whatever went uninvoiced in the period is resolved the way SAT requires, with no intermediate spreadsheet.

Why foreign systems don't solve this

Global platforms treat the Mexican invoice as an afterthought: a "tax ID" field and a generic PDF. CFDI doesn't work that way — it demands a validated RFC, a CFDI use, SAT stamping and cancellation rules of its own. Booktlan was designed in Mexico, with the invoice as part of the reservation flow and not as a patch.
