Switching systems can't shut down your operation
The real objection is never the new software: it's the fear of losing reservations, history and weeks of work in the switch. That's why migration is part of the implementation, we do it ourselves, and your operation doesn't stop for a single day.
What happens to what's yours
Your future reservations
They're loaded in full before launch: guest, dates, rate and payment status. On day one, the calendar is already your calendar.
Your Airbnb and Booking calendars
They connect via iCal — the same standard link you already use. Your listings aren't touched, your reviews don't move, your standing on the platforms isn't lost: the only thing that changes is where availability gets managed.
Your history
What lives in spreadsheets — past reservations, expenses, rates — gets imported as far as its format and quality allow. Whatever isn't worth migrating, we say so upfront before starting.
Your team
Training is included in the implementation, by role: front desk, housekeeping, administration. Each person learns their part, not the whole system.
What we need from you
- The inventory of your spaces: properties, rooms and their capacities.
- Your rates and seasons as you run them today — even if they live in a notebook.
- The iCal links of your platform listings.
- Photos and copy for your spaces, for the booking site.
- One person on your side who knows the operation and can answer questions.
That's it. The data entry, the configuration and the testing are on us: your job is handing over the information and validating that what you see is your operation.
